Among the Lavender | Woodinville Lavender Farm Wedding

On a summer day in August, Alex and Wayne joined their closest family and friends at the beautiful Woodinville Lavender Farm and said their vows to each other. They were accompanied by a beautiful trio, and the weather could not have been better. The smell of Lavender filled the air along with laughter. It couldn’t have been more perfect.

As usual, there are parts of the story best told by the bride, so in Alex’s words:

The proposal…

He proposed to me in Romania (where I was born). He’s a veteran and he proposed in a park in front of a statue honoring American hero’s in WWII.

Why did you choose the Woodinville Lavender Farm?
I loved the European feel of lavender and it made me think of where I was born and raised.

And she was right – Woodinville Lavender Farm is a quiet oasis on the outskirts of Woodinville. Surrounded by wine country and fields, and the property is beautifully maintained and landscaped. It’s an elegant backdrop for all of the amazing details that Forever Events created with the help of the talented florist at Petal & Posy (one of our favorites!)

Come along for the journey to Europe in Woodinville, and please don’t forget to leave Alex & Wayne some comment love below!
