The first step in telling your wedding story is to contact us.

Emailing us about our availability is best because our schedule fills so quickly.
We are generally booked 6-24 months in advance. Once we confirm that we’re available we’ll schedule a call or zoom meeting.

Meet & Greet
During that call, we’ll talk about your wedding vision and photographic needs; There is no charge for this meeting.
We’ll talk about the ideas for your day, go over coverage options, and mostly chat about your love story (and how the question was popped).
We want you to feel comfortable working with us and that initial phone call or Zoom is the most important part of the process.

After the call
Most of our clients can plan on spending between $4500 and $7000 on their wedding coverage. Some spend less, and some spend more depending on their needs.
We offer a flexible pricing structure with a monthly payment plan and even AfterPay so that you can get everything you want. We talk about your plans, and talk through our contract.
Once the consult is over, we’ll send you any additional information we discussed.
If you decide to book, we just need a couple pieces of info and then we’ll send over a digital contract for you to sign and invoice to pay.
Once you’re signed and paid, you’re officially on the books and get access to your planning portal.
If you’ve chosen an engagement session add-on, we will start planning your location and timing.

the wedding day (and the lead up)
A few weeks before your wedding, we will send you a HUGE email with checklists, special requests and a questionnaire. This is the most important email we will send you. This is all also available in your planning portal.
And the most important form in your portal? The Family Grouping List.
As a part of our coverage, we’ll help you create your timelines, give you tips on vendors, and help prepare you for the things to come on your wedding day.
The day of your wedding, we’ll show up just before our scheduled start time, and start working. One thing to note: we don’t photograph during your reception dinner, we know no one wants photos of them eating!
We’ll celebrate with you, love on you and your family & friends, protect your calm, and make sure you have one of the best days of your life – all while creating magic that you’ll relive for the rest of your lives.

After the big day
Sneak peeks go online (unless requested otherwise) and are sent to you within 48-72 hours of your wedding or engagement session – they’re also emailed to you and added to your portal.
Roughly 16 weeks after your wedding, you’ll receive your digital download link for your full gallery.
From there, you’ll be able to download & share, order professional prints if you choose, or the images for your album (if that’s in your package), or order them on your own from your digital files.
Professional prints and print collections may take up to 10 weeks to be delivered after your order is placed (longer during busy season), due to print lab schedules. All orders are shipped directly to you.

How long have you been a Snohomish Wedding Photographer?
Kate has been photographing since 1997 and Josh started in 2011. We started photographing weddings together then.
Josh and Kate of GSquared Weddings have photographed over 630 weddings together across more than 15 years — specifically in the Seattle and Snohomish County area. That’s not a flex for its own sake. It means that when your timeline runs 20 minutes late, when the clouds roll in over your outdoor ceremony, or when your reception venue is lit exclusively by Edison bulbs and bad overhead lighting, we’ve been there. Hundreds of times. And we know exactly what to do.
As a husband and wife team, we also bring something no two-photographer strangers can replicate — we communicate without words, we read a room together, and we move through your day as a unit. At GSquared Weddings, our photography style is rooted in one core belief: real is always better than perfect. We shoot in a documentary-editorial style — meaning we’re capturing what’s actually happening, not directing a magazine spread. Candid tears, windblown hair, belly laughs mid-vow, the flower girl losing it in the corner — that’s what we’re after.
Our editing is clean, timeless, and true to life. We don’t chase trendy presets or heavy filters that will feel dated in five years.
