Marionfield Farm elopements and weddings are some of my favorites.
This incredible barn is a hidden gem not far off of Highway 9, and it’s a beautiful mix of classic red barn and modern interior touches. We love the hanging lights in the main barn, the dark wood of the upstairs loft, and we absolutely ADORE the brand new cafe that the owner John just finished – in fact, this elopement was the first one to actually have photos taken in the cafe!
In fact, when we asked Taylor (the bride) if there was a special reason they chose Marionfield Farm, she said: “This was the first and only venue we toured, and we chose our venue because we loved the antique farmhouse feel of it.
We really wanted an outdoor wedding, and when we saw the large open field, I started to tear up because I could completely picture us getting married there and I knew this was the spot we were meant to get married. The barn was equally as beautiful, especially for our reception. John, the venue manager, holds a special place in our hearts because he is so warm and inviting, and really shows that he cares about making your day the best possible day it can be! We also really loved his little corgi–Pilate.”
