Shoot and Share 2017 Contest …
We aren’t ones to enter photo contest, especially not of this scale. One of our photographer friends urged us to enter this year, and we did. We entered 50 images into the Shoot and Share 2017 Contest, and then spent several weeks voting and waiting, voting and waiting. The contest is anonymous, so voting isn’t based on popularity but rather on merit.
There were over 330, 000 images entered in the Shoot and Share 2017 Contest in over 25 categories. When results went live on March 20, 2017, we were shocked and humbled to find out that 22 of our images placed in the Top 30% or better for the 2017 contest. We were so happy to end up with 2 Finalist images, which means they were in the Top 500 images in their category. The Top 100 image actually finished in 70th place for the Personal Work category. Thank you so much to the amazing clients and vendors who made these possible – you’ll probably see some familiar places and faces among these.
