Skagit Wedding Tour 2017 at Beau Lodge in Bow, WA

This year we took part in the Skagit Wedding tour in late May at Beau Lodge in Bow, WA. Kate has photographed a wedding at this venue before and the entire GSquared Weddings team will be shooting on there this August.

The Beau Lodge is hands-down one of our favorite venues in the Pacific Northwest as it has the best of everything – a pond, trees, a beautiful lodge building, gardens, wooded paths, wildlife all around, and it’s like a little oasis from everything else. When we found out that the Skagit Wedding tour had an opening for a photographer at the Lodge, we felt like it was fate.

Rustic Events Rentals had several amazing pieces she showcased – custom tables and chairs, a bar station, one of her new lounges, yard games, and my favorite piece of all, her Mountain ceremony backdrop and tons TONS of awesome adventure themed signage (which is totally our thing, of course!)

Avenue Catering had some tasty yummies served up in the kitchen, which was a popular spot for visitors to hang out, and they supplied the yummy beverages served in the bar area.

Beau Lodge’s Stan had set up 3 display tables with different themes in the main reception area, and the most popular one was, of course, the greenery table with it’s live fern centerpiece.

Beauty was being served up in the kitchen from Dorie of SeneGence – Briley’s Bullet Proof Lips – even the gorgeous and sweet owner of the Lodge took a turn in the chair!
