We are always up for an Adventure Wedding.
Especially when you get to visit some of the most incredible places in the United States. Some of these amazing spaces for adventure weddings are in our own backyard, like Rosario Beach and Bowman Bay. When we were talking about plans, Martin Luther King Day, January 15, seemed like a fantastic day to get married!
The week leading up looked like it was going to truly pull out all the PNW stops it could with rain expected all day long in the area. The night before the adventure wedding, though, the forecast changed and things looked like they were going to be glorious. And they truly were. The drive (both there and home) were beautiful, the sky and sun dancing together and creating just the most amazing light.
Rachel and Kevin were naturals in front of the camera too. They’re both in the medical field (like most of our clients) and you could tell that they share a genuine care and love for others – especially each other. The way they looked at the other, the inside jokes and laughs, the smiles – they made the day feel like I was just hanging out with friends. And they let me get creative, too, which is always so much fun when you get to see the results.
So while we traipsed all over land that made me feel like we’d been transported to Ireland and yet also brought together the best of the Pacific Northwest and created photos of their love story, there was laughter and stories and lots and lots of love.
Take a few minutes and let us share this adventure wedding with you – and if you feel inspired, make sure to leave them some comment love!
