Waterfall, Family, and a Bowling Alley | A Snoqualmie Wedding

Premier Snohomish & Seattle Wedding Photographer | GSquared Weddings Photography A bride and groom in wedding attire bowl side by side at a modern bowling alley near Snohomish Seattle. This Snoqualmie wedding was filled with so many laughs, random dances, heartfelt toasts, and even a bowling alley. It was an adventure story just waiting to be told.

Saturday morning was beautiful. It was sunny with a few clouds here and there, and could not have been more perfect for mid-March. The house was crowded with family and friends as Whitney prepared – it set the tone for the entire day. Family was first and foremost for this Snoqualmie wedding, and they were definitely surrounded by the ones they love most. One of my favorite moments was when Whitney’s youngest sister broke down in tears after seeing her sister in her wedding dress.

From the first look on the Snoqualmie sky bridge (Travis was a champ – so many people couldn’t understand what he was waiting on the bridge for!) to sweet portraits with their adorable (and St. Patrick’s day adorned) pup, Buddy, to an intimate ceremony in Salish Lodge, the day was filled with joy and smiles. And a lot of tears from nearly everyone in the room. After their short ceremony, the family gathered for toasts – a tradition that continued throughout the night. The music and laughter drew crowds from the neighboring restaurant who were envious of the fun and wishing they could crash the party.

Once cake was cut and random dance parties (plus a pretty epic sing-along), the Snoqualmie wedding became a Lynnwood reception as they made their way to Bowlero for a party with even more family and friends in attendance. They even humored me and let me take some photos in their wedding clothes on the lanes.

I hope you enjoy this Snoqualmie wedding as much as I did – don’t forget to leave this amazing couple some comment love below!

Meet your photographers.

We’re Kate (she/her) and Josh (he/him). Married humans, emotional chaos wranglers, coffee worshippers, timeline nerds, Marvel fanatics, and occasional ugly criers at weddings. (Okay, maybe more than occasional. Look, vows get us. Every damn time.) Kate has been photographing since 1997 and Josh picked up the camera in 2011. We’ve done over 600 weddings together, including wedding coordination (sometimes we even get to do both at the same time!) 600+ weddings → “That’s 600 families who trusted us to be invisible magic and backup problem-solvers.” 14 years → “We’ve seen it all — and we know how to handle anything without making it your problem.” Coordination → Kate is also a certified coordinator which gives that extra boost for you during planning and on the day itself “We don’t just photograph your day — we keep it flowing, calm, and meaningful.”

This wedding just SCREAMS Pacific Northwest!! 🙂 And I didn’t think I would be a fan of purple for weddings this year, but I actually really love it. Her shoes are amazing! 🙂
