Check your date. Then let’s talk.

If you’re here, you’re probably trying to answer the biggest question first: “Are you free on our wedding date?”

This page makes that easy. Use the calendar below to check availability, then send an inquiry so we can confirm for real (and send the next steps).

Quick note (because the internet is messy)

The calendar is a helpful starting point, not a legally binding crystal ball. Dates can change fast – we always confirm availability after you inquire.

Step 1 – Check the calendar

What the statuses mean

Open – We’re likely available – but not always. Sometimes there will be someone pending for that date that just didn’t inquire here. Send the inquiry and we’ll confirm.

Pending – We may have another inquiry for that date that hasn’t fully booked yet. Still inquire.

Booked/Unavailable – We’re not available. (We’ll still try to help you find a solid alternative if you want.)

Step 2 – Send an inquiry

If your date looks open (or even pending), send your details and we’ll get back to you with:

What happens after you inquire

Here’s the play-by-play:

  1. You send the inquiry.

  2. We confirm availability.

  3. Then, we’ll set up a quick consult (Zoom or phone) – or confirm that you can keep the appointment you already scheduled.

  4. You decide if we’re your people.

  5. You reserve the date by signing the contract and pay the invoice … and exhale.

  6. You get access to your in-depth wedding concierge portal filled with resources for your wedding planning journey.

Typical reply time: 1-3 business days (often sooner).

FAQ

Can we “hold” a date just by asking?

Not automatically. Inquiries are first-come, first-served, and popular dates can go fast. If you’re serious about your date, don’t wait a week to inquire. Future you will not enjoy that plot twist. Neither will future us – it makes us sad when we’re not available for awesome couples.

Why does the calendar say “pending”?

Usually it means one of these:

  • An inquiry has come in and we are in the process of meeting, etc

We’re flexible on dates – can you tell us what’s open?

Yep. Send a few date options on this form instead (or even a whole month) and we’ll tell you what’s realistic.

We’re planning a wedding outside Snohomish/Seattle – do you travel?

Yes. Put the location in the inquiry and we’ll tell you what it looks like. We usually only charge travel fees in WA if there is a ferry or overnight stay mandated.

We also travel out of state and have special pricing for those weddings. We will go anywhere in the United States!

What if you’re booked?

If we’re booked, we’ll tell you quickly. If you want, we can also point you toward other trusted local photographers who won’t ruin your day. (Yes, that’s a low bar. And yes, it’s real.)

You don’t need to have it all figured out

Most couples are still choosing a venue, still guessing coverage hours, still trying to plan a day that feels like them. That’s normal. We can even hold a few dates for you for a couple of weeks (with a contract) if you don’t have your venue yet but you know you want us.

Send what you know. We’ll help with the rest.
