On Monday, my sister in law, Ashley, of Bridal Beauty by Ashley, messaged me to see what my Tuesday held as one of her dear friends was planning to Elope in Seattle but didn’t have a photographer.
Ashley arranged for me to meet them at the Mox Beauty in Edmonds where she would be glamming the bride – and I was to be a surprise for both her and the groom.
The surprise on the bride’s face was one of my favorite moments ever – and then watching her groom see her for the first time, and seeing them so excited for the journey ahead was a huge honor.
I wasn’t present for their actual ceremony in the Seattle courthouse, but they had a quick little adventure session with me at the beach in Edmonds (and some family photos, too, of course), before they went off to say their vows and enjoy the evening with their families.
They’re off to their CA reception this next weekend, and I wanted to make sure I had their session done in time to share with friends and family… including their blog post!
