The first step in telling your wedding story is to contact us. You can call, email or fill out our contact form. Talking on the phone is best: because our schedule fills so quickly, we can’t guarantee anything over email. We are generally booked 6-24 months in advance.  The office number is 360.453.7494 – and please, leave a message as we may be in a session or on the other line. Texting is ok, too! During that call, we’ll talk about your wedding vision and photographic needs; Locations, times and details. We want you to feel comfortable working with us and that initial phone call is the most important part of the process.Still not sure? STEP 2

Reserving Your Wedding Date

The GSquared Team specializes in Weddings for couples who wander off the beaten path. We work in Washington State, Oregon, California, Nebraska, Hawaii, Arizona, Illinois, Indiana, Idaho and Montana. Our first step in reserving your wedding date is scheduling an in-person, over the phone or even Skype consultation. There is no charge for this meeting, and it’s a necessary step in ensuring you’re choosing the best photographer for your day. During this consultation, we’ll talk about the ideas for your day, go over coverage options, and mostly chat about your love story (and how the question was popped). STEP 3

Planning Your Investment  … and what comes next.

Most of our clients can plan on spending between $6000 and $9000 on their wedding coverage. Some spend less, and some spend more depending on their needs. We offer a flexible pricing structure with a monthly payment plan so that you can get everything you want. We talk about your plans, and talk through our contract.

Once the consult is over, we’ll send you any additional information we discussed, and if you decide to book, we’ll send over a digital contract for you to sign and invoice to pay. Once you’re signed and paid, you’re officially on the books.

If you’ve chosen an engagement session add-on, we will start planning your location and timing.

STEP 4

Your Wedding Day (and other important things, too!)

A few weeks before your wedding, we will send you a HUGE email with checklists, special requests and a questionnaire. This is the most important email we will send you.

As a part of our coverage, we’ll help you create your timelines, give you tips on vendors, and help prepare you for the things to come on your wedding day. The day of your wedding, we’ll show up just before our scheduled start time, and start working. One thing to note: we don’t photograph during your reception dinner, we know no one wants photos of them eating!

STEP 5

Image Delivery

Sneak peeks go online (unless requested otherwise) within 24-72 hours of your wedding or engagement session.

8-12 weeks after your wedding, you’ll receive your digital download link. From there, you’ll order professional prints if you choose, or the images for your album (if that’s in your package), or order them on your own from your digital files.

Professional prints and print collections may take up to 10 weeks to be delivered after your order is placed (longer during busy season), due to print lab schedules. All orders are shipped directly to you.
