GSquared Weddings offers partial (day of) and full coordination packages; We also offer combination coordination + photography packages. We also offer payment plans.

All packages include access to our preferred vendor list, and our Wedding Planning Concierge filled with resources, checklists, guides, and so much more to help you feel more prepared along the way.

FROM THE MOMENT OF BOOKING
You’ll get access to our preferred vendor list and Wedding Planning Concierge to help you get through planning with a little more guidance.

THEN, OUR ASSISTANCE STARTS 6 WKS BEFORE YOUR EVENT
One meeting included 6 weeks prior to your wedding to discuss final details for your event, and attendance at rehearsal the week of your wedding. Includes 1 site visit if venue is less than 70 miles from Snohomish. Does not include décor meetings, etc.

TIMELINE FINALIZATION
Finalize your timeline and communicate it to all vendors hired.

CEREMONY DEVELOPMENT
Assist in creation of ceremony flow and coordinate rehearsal, as well as queueing the processional.

DAY OF COORDINATION
Supervise your assigned set up and tear down crew (not provided by GS) and overall flow of the day. Make sure that vendors are providing services according to contract. Up to 12 hours of continuous coordination on your wedding date. Does not include any bussing, set up, break down, etc.

OPTION TO ADD-ON STAFFING
We can provide up to 3 staff to assist throughout the day. Each staff member is $500/day (up to 8 hours).

OUR ASSISTANCE STARTS THE MOMENT YOU BOOK
Not only will you get access to our preferred vendor list and Wedding Planning Concierge, but you have the ability to schedule 1 meeting every 2 months with us, either in person or over Zoom to go over planning details. We attend a site visit with you (and one with the décor team if needed), décor meetings with your team, and attend rehearsal. We will help you find a venue if needed, and send over curated vendor recommendations based on your budget needs, style, and personality. We can give recommendations on overall spending plan, budget management, contract review for vendors, attend vendor consultations, and provide consultation/creation of vision and/or theme.

TIMELINE
We create a draft timeline and communicate with vendors to ensure needs are met. We then finalize your timeline and communicate it to all vendors hired.

CEREMONY DEVELOPMENT
Assist in creation of ceremony flow and coordinate rehearsal, as well as queueing the processional.

DAY OF COORDINATION
Our team sets up your décor alongside your vendor team (we can also make any required moves of décor between ceremony & reception), we supervise cleanup and disbursement of belongings; We make sure that vendors are providing services according to contract. Up to 12 hours of continuous coordination on your wedding date. Additional hours can be added for $500/ea (includes 2 main staff only).

OPTION TO ADD-ON ADDITIONAL STAFFING
We can provide up to 3 additional staff to assist throughout the day. Each staff member is $750/day (up to 10 hours).

Josh and Kate really just exceeded all my expectations for the day! Ben and I knew our biggest priority for our wedding day was finding a great photographer, so we didn't make the choice lightly. I cannot recommend Gsquared enough! They went above and beyond your average photographer and really helped the day go smoothly. Not only did they do everything to capture the right shots, but they also worked behind the scenes helping things fall into place when needed. I also did not once feel stressed, awkward, or overwhelmed by their presence; they really made me feel comfortable. The experience of the day with them just went so well. Oh, and the photos turned out great 😉

There are not enough rave-worthy words to describe the time we had with Kate and Josh as our wedding photographers! Due to COVID, a lot of our wedding plans changed and then changed again during the last few weeks leading up to our wedding and having Kate be part of our process was seriously a godsend. Her calm throughout our storm helped us refocus and she was willing to do ANYTHING (literally!) to take the added stress off our shoulders. Kate’s communication from time of booking until after our wedding was always quick and she was so easy to get ahold of, even at odd times due to our work schedules. The morning of our wedding, it was rainy and since our venue was all outdoors, most of the seating and tables were soaked. Kate and Josh showed up shortly after the venue opened, even though we were having an evening wedding, to help set up our venue to make it perfect for us. They happily stayed later than our originally contracted time because covid regulations made dinner service and dessert time longer than usual. We seriously cannot say enough about this duo and are so thankful we were able to have them at our wedding!

Kate and Josh provide an incredible service that we've now been pleased to use for two very special occasions- our Engagement photos last fall, and our Wedding ceremony/ Elopement photos just this fall on Orcas Island. Their work is amazing, their souls adventurous, and their spirits, kind. Kate coordinated a wedding the weekend before ours, and was going to shoot an entire wedding the very day after ours, and stays busy in between those monumental days, posting beautiful photos of engagement shoots, family shoots, fun holiday setups, the list goes on.. Kate is passionate about her work, and it is evident from the caliber of photos she puts out. We joked about not knowing when she has time to sleep.. to which Kate responded, "I'm a glutton for punishment, but I TRULY LOVE what I get to do." They helped capture for us those blissful moments, when nothing else mattered, and kept us laughing. Kate was extremely helpful, even cleaning my dress‐ what a saint! And either her or Josh left us a little "happy"- a little piece of seaglass- (we found while unpacking after getting home), after my husband David told them I enjoy hunting for it, while we were taking photos on the beach. 🙂 They made our big day feel so special and celebrated! Hannah and I couldn't be any more happy with our stunningly beautiful photos. It is a wonderful experience working with Kate and Josh, and w'ed highly recommend booking GSquared Photography for your next big event, or any event! If we have your date available, we’ll set up a time to chat either in person, over the phone or over Zoom. You can also just book right over email if you’re ready now! We’ll discuss package options & payment plans too.

Three

Contract + Invoice

Then, we send over a contract for digital signature and your invoice. Once signed and paid, the date is officially yours and you’ll get access to an incredible wedding planning portal.
